    Wat ga je doen?

    Jij bent eigenaar van het Observability Enablement product. Dit is een nieuw product dat als doel heeft geheel NN Group in staat te stellen haar waarde ketens end-to-end te monitoren. Het ITIL proces "Monitoring & Event Management" speelt hierin een belangrijke rol. Dit global proces staat nog in de kinderschoenen binnen NN en er is veel ruimte voor verbeteringen in het design en de implementatie ervan.

    Als Product Owner Observability Enablement ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en borging van de benodigde processen rondom het observability platform dat automatische (keten)monitoring, dashboarding en alerting voor Digitale Producten mogelijk maakt. Met dit platform kunnen Product Owners de voorspelbaarheid vergroten door mogelijke problemen die zich kunnen voordoen snel te identificeren en op te lossen. Om onze klanten te ondersteunen, worden Service Mapping-mogelijkheden geleverd, zodat een uitgebreid overzicht kan worden gemaakt van IT-services, applicaties en infrastructuur in de gehele waardeketen.

    Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het design en implementatie van het Monitoring & Event Management proces en bepaal jij de richtlijnen voor gerelateerde KPI's.

    Wat je meebrengt

    Jij maakt graag impact door waarde toe te voegen aan je team en het werk dat zij leveren. Om alles soepel te laten verlopen communiceer je heel helder: je vraagt door, luistert goed en legt duidelijk uit. Je sluit de Agile way of working naadloos aan op het product en de visie. Verder heb je:

  • HBO/WO werk en denkniveau: op basis van een helder doel weet jij best in class oplossingen te implementeren
  • Je bent als Product Owner resultaatgericht, weet hoofd- en bijzaken te scheiden, hebt kwaliteit van oplossingen hoog in het vaandel en brengt creativiteit in de aanpak van complexe problemen
  • Je beschikt over een flinke dosis doorzettingsvermogen en aanstekelijk enthousiasme om anderen mee te nemen in de wereld van observability
  • Je hebt ten minste 3 jaar gerelateerde werkervaring in het gebied van monitoring. Liefst ook de nodige kennis van en ervaring met het ontwerpen, bouwen en leveren van het Monitoring & Event Management proces bij een vergelijkbare organisatie
  • Kennis van en ervaring met tools zoals ServiceNow ITSM en ITOM and Splunk.

    • Je zal samenwerken met

    Samen met het Observability Platform team bouw je aan het product en bied je support aan alle Product Owners en DevOps teams binnen NN Group. Daarnaast werk je veel samen met de Product Owner IT Service Management Enablement, proces eigenaren en de Manager van de Master Controle Room in Praag, om tot een roadmap te komen, de strategie te bepalen en verbeteringen door te voeren. Ten slotte, werk je hecht samen met de Engineering Manager om tot een empowered team te komen met de juiste competenties en kennis.

    Als Product Owner moet je ook op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe technologieën en tools op het gebied van observability en deze in overweging nemen bij het ontwikkelen van toekomstige versies van het product.

    Het grootste deel van ons team werkt vanuit Den Haag en de voertaal is Engels. Als team zijn we het visitekaartje van observability richting de organisatie.
