Administrative Assistant II in the University Health Service (Ref.: to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal).
Applicants should have a good University Degree, preferably in a language-related discipline, with higher degree being a plus. Applicants should also have at least 8 years' work experience at supervisory level; and an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
The appointee will provide high-level administrative support to the Director, handle various external and internal relations as required, and produce different kinds of corporate communication documents. He/She will also lead a team to support a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including managing the daily office operations, financial budgeting, as well as IT and website management.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
