    WAT ZOEKEN WE

    Als Order Center Employee ben jij het verantwoordelijk voor het co ö rdineren en uitvoeren van allerlei activiteiten op het gebied van logistiek en facturatie.

    Verantwoordelijkheden:

    Als Order Center Employee ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zowel externe als interne partijen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en afstemming met de interne organisatie en de klant. Daarnaast zorg je voor betrouwbare rapportages en correctheid van ingevoerde gegevens in SAP. Hierbij houd je rekening met geldende bedrijfsprocessen, voorschriften en procedures.

    Uiteraard ben je hier niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor, dit doe je samen met jouw functioneel leidinggevende; Order Center Coördinator.

  • Zorgdragen voor actuele en betrouwbare gegevens in SAP om rapportages te genereren over bijvoorbeeld de status van bepaalde orders
  • Registratie en afhandeling van vragen over facturen, claims en garantiezaken
  • Doen van voorstellen tot verbetering van processen op het gebeid van ordermanagement
  • Regelen van transport van/naar de klant en anticiperen op onvolledige leveringen
  • Administratieve afhandeling in SAP en andere geautomatiseerde systemen
    • AAN WELKE KWALIFICATIES MOET JE VOLDOEN
  • MBO (niveau 4) werk- en/of denkniveau
  • Ervaring met SAP
  • Kennis van geautomatiseerde systemen zoals Microsoft Office
  • Kennis van veiligheid- en milieuvoorschriften (ARBO en wettelijke bepalingen op gebied van vergunningen)
  • Engelse en Duitse taal

    Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Een goed salaris tussen de € 3.188,- en € 4.724,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
  • Verschillende mogelijkheden tot zelfontwikkeling;
  • Goede pensioenregeling, CAO Metalektro;
  • Royaal verlof: 27 vakantiedagen, 13 ADV Dagen;
  • Winstuitkering;
  • 8% Vakantiegeld;
  • 0,23 Euro cent per km netto reiskostenvergoeding.
