    Wij zijn op zoek naar een Logistiek Analist om ons team in Delft te versterken. In deze functie maak je deel uit van een allround team dat ervoor zorgt dat alle logisiteke werkzaamheden in en rond het magazijn op rolletje loopt.

    Verantwoordelijkheden:

    · Bewaken van de verzending van klantorders. Ervoor zorgen dat klantorders met de juiste prioriteit worden verwerkt om de nauwkeurigheid van de eindverpakking te garanderen.

    · Ontvangen, voorbereiden en verzenden van eindproducten in overeenstemming met klantspecificaties, contractvereisten en bedrijfsbeleid en -procedures. Naleving garanderen van alle wettelijke voorschriften van Transport die van toepassing zijn op verzending van artikelen wereldwijd. Op de hoogte blijven van alle tarieven en verzendprocedures inclusief per post, vrachtwagen, zee en lucht.

    · Naleven van overheidsspecificaties met betrekking tot verpakking, markering en etikettering.

    · Berekenen van gewicht en volume met behulp van het metrische systeem en opstellen van gedetailleerde paklijsten voor exportzendingen. Voorbereiden van etiketten, vrachtbrieven en andere verzenddocumenten.

    · Controleren van verzonden items op volledigheid, aantal en klantspecificaties in overeenstemming met de ordervereisten.

    · Communiceren met de productie- en materiaalplanner over de geplande ophaaldatum van de bestelling.

    · Communiceren met de douane-expediteur over het losproces en export.

    Kwalificaties:

    · Relevante werkervaring in shipping/logistiek

    · Succesvol in teamverband kunnen werken

    · Goede communicatieve vaardigheden

    · Nederlands sprekend, goede kennis van de Engelse taal

    · Gemotiveerd, proactief en gedreven

    · Gevoel voor urgentie

    Pluspunten:

    · Affiniteit met techniek

    · Ervaring met MS Office

    · Ervaring met SAP
