Job description
Tijdens jouw stage zal je betrokken zijn bij verschillende taken binnen de afdeling Compensation & Benefits/Legal. Een van deze taken is het uitvoeren van benchmarks voor de Europese vestigingen. Hierbij vergelijk je de arbeidsvoorwaarden van verschillende vestigingen om inzicht te krijgen in de marktpraktijken.
Daarnaast zal je ook betrokken zijn bij het opstellen van arbeidsvoorwaardelijke voorstellen voor de vestigingen. Je zal onderzoek doen naar relevante wet- en regelgeving en advies geven over de optimale arbeidsvoorwaarden. Verder zal je ondersteuning bieden bij CAO-gerelateerde en arbeidsrechtelijke onderwerpen, waarbij je helpt bij het interpreteren en toepassen van de collectieve arbeidsovereenkomsten en arbeidswetgeving.
Tot slot zal je ook ondersteunende administratieve taken uitvoeren, zoals het bijhouden van dossiers en het verwerken van documenten.

Voor deze stage zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige, resultaatgerichte en analytisch ingestelde HBO of WO student in HR. Een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal is vereist.
Department
De afdeling Compensation & Benefits (C&B), onderdeel van HR, is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, stroomlijnen, ondersteunen en uitvoeren van C&B beleid voor de vestigingen van DAF Trucks wereldwijd en de Europese vestigingen van PACCAR Parts en PACCAR Financial Europe. Daarnaast is de afdeling ook verantwoordelijk voor arbeidsjuridische zaken, pensioenen en verzekeringen, het beheren en wegen van alle Europese functieprofielen en kwaliteitsbeheer binnen HR.
