    Your mission

    Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us.
    Being a Business Strategy Manager is an exciting task, since you are the superhero, our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs; therefore, these here are your most important tasks:

    • Support the development of long term organization strategy in Sungrow EU under the guidance of Sungrow HQ Strategy Dept.
    • Identify threats and opportunities in each sub-region by communicating and cooperation with Sungrow sub-region teams and external stakeholders, e.g. consulting company, market intelligence companies.
    • Align Sungrow EU goals, processes and resources allocation with the organization strategy.
    • Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc..
    • Assessing market trends and competitions.
    • Present findings, projections and recommended actions to internal stakeholders.
    • Plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations and strategic projects, e.g. EU factory project.
    • Support and guide senior executive decision-making processes.

    Your profile

    All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s the reason why it is essential for you to have:

    • Posseses relevant experiences within PV industry
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • English at least C1, Chinese and other EU language will be preferred
    • Experienced working in international environment
