- Rapporteren van de productievoortgang en andere bijzonderheden aan de leidinggevende.
- Rapporteren en analyseren van afwijkingen en storingen in het productieproces.
- Uitvoeren van eenvoudige herstelwerkzaamheden bij storingen of afwijkingen.
- Uitvoeren van fysieke arbeid die nodig is voor aanvoer van grondstoffen in het productieproces.
- Een juiste registratie van de gegevens in de computersystemen.
- Je beschikt over een diploma MBO/VAPRO-A Procestechniek
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een chemische productielocatie.
- Communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en Engels.
- Je hebt een flexibele werkinstelling.
- Een fulltime functie (37,5 uur per week) in twee of drie ploegen.

Coatex Netherlands B.V. is onderdeel van de Arkema groep en richt zich op de innovatieve productie van dispergeermiddelen. Coatex doet dit op succesvolle wijze en levert vanuit Nederland een belangrijke bijdrage aan het succes van de Arkema groep. Als Operator Production kan jij een bijdrage leveren hieraan.
Als Operator Production zorg jij voor continuering van het productieproces met de vereiste middelen en inachtneming van de veiligheidsnormen en procedures. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit:
Coatex Netherlands B.V. is een BRZO-organisatie en behoort daarmee tot de hoogste veiligheidscategorie. Hierdoor staan veiligheid en kwaliteit hoog in ons vaandel. Coatex heeft wereldwijd ca. 350 medewerkers, in Moerdijk werken zo'n 20 medewerkers.
Je gaat aan de slag in een 2-ploegendienst, maar dit zou in de toekomst ook wel eens kunnen veranderen naar een 3-ploegensysteem. Een shift bestaat uit een Shift Leader, een First Operator en een Operator. Je rapporteert aan de Shiftleader Production.
