Operator
We are looking for operators for one of our clients in Tilburg. Our client is making & (re)packing food ingredients for big international customers. As an operator you will be an important part of the production department of the company.

As an operator you will make sure that you're production cell is running smoothly. You will be working with a team of 1 to 3 colleagues that you are checking and helping. With the tablet you are regularly doing (quality) checks and you are constantly monitoring the machines and the output.

Every cell has it's own products and own instructions so it is important to work disciplined and following the instructions exactly is very important as well.

Experience is welcome but not a hard requirement. The most important is motivation to develop yourself and learn the job.


What you will do?

• Directing a team of 1 to maximum 3 colleagues;
• Doing quality checks and filling out production information on a tablet;
• Filling in the paperwork and reporting to the teamleader;
• Cleaning the cell;

What you will get back?

• A job in 3shift (morning, afternoon

- and nightshift);

• Start salary of €13.54;

- + 21,5% shift allowance;
