    Your tasks

  • Evaluation, analysis and modelling of processes and systems in order to identify and implement potential for optimisation
  • Controlling production data and initiating corrective measures for series products
  • Cross-departmental further development of lean production
  • Series support and further development of existing production and assembly processes
  • Further development and establishment of shop floor management in our work systems
  • Creation of layouts and value stream analyses using supporting software
  • Support in the implementation of optimisations

    • Your skills

  • Successfully completed training or studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or similar qualifications
  • First professional experience in process optimisation
  • Knowledge of lean management, MTM or REFA is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and confident handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
