    We hebben de 'mijlpaal' van 8 miljard mensen op aarde bereikt. En dat aantal zal de komende eeuw alleen nog maar verder groeien. Al deze mensen moeten eten, zonder een al te grote impact op de wereld achter te laten. Deze mensen kunnen dat regelen.

    Hoe krijgen ze dat voor elkaar?

    Om de wereldbevolking duurzaam te kunnen voeden moeten we een stuk efficiënter systeem gaan vormen. Een groot deel van het voedsel dat we verbouwen gaat op dit moment naar veevoer en kost veel ruimte, water en grondstoffen.

    Deze experts zijn hard op weg om die problemen op te lossen. Met hun unieke concept leveren ze een voedzaam portfolio aan eiwitten, koolhydraten, vezels, zoetstoffen en mineralen. Ze focussen op bronnen als bonen, erwten, oliezaden, noten, groenten en algen. Door verschillende sectoren te voorzien van natuurproducten spreiden ze hun markt: zowel menselijke als dierlijke voeding, maar ook het leveren van duurzame bindmiddelen voor de productie van bijvoorbeeld bioplastic, karton en papier in de industriesector.

    Interessant Wat wordt mijn rol?

    Als Commodity Trader start je een wereldwijde zakelijke reis vanuit het kantoor in Amsterdam. Als brein achter deals in de wereld van fysieke ingrediënten, kom je in contact met diverse culturen, sluit je overeenkomsten met leveranciers en klanten, en werk je nauw samen met de Logistiek Manager voor naadloze transportregelingen. Je bouwt daarnaast je eigen klantenbestand op, vormt je P&L en reist de wereld rond om het netwerk uit te breiden. Jouw speelveld is zo groot als jouw verbeelding. Klaar om succes op internationale schaal te herdefiniëren?

    Zeker weten Maar wat er nodig van mij?

    Met een jaar werkervaring binnen de sales, het liefst binnen trading, kom je al een heel eind. Je wil hard aan de slag en de wereld kennis laten maken met een zeer sterk product, je bent niet bang om daar de telefoon voor op te pakken. Je grijpt dus elke kans en schroomt niet om op creatieve manieren potentiële klanten te benaderen en te binden, want jij bent ondernemend van aard. Je voelt je goed in een snelgroeiend bedrijf en plukt hier ook graag de vruchten van. Met jouw resultaatgerichte en gedreven mindset geef jij hier gegarandeerd een boost aan je carrière.

    Dit ben ik, maar ik doe het niet voor niks

    Dat snappen wij helemaal. Daarom kun je rekenen op een maandsalaris tussen de €2.800,- en €3.200,- en goede benefits. Denk aan extra bonussen en een laptop en smartphone van de zaak. Ook zijn er genoeg vakantiedagen om zelf nog wat tripjes naar de zon te maken, of gewoon lekker thuis tot rust te komen.
