We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join a leading agriculture trading house as a Physical Agri Trader.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your trading skills and industry knowledge to execute physical trades in agricultural commodities.

Under the guidance of experienced traders and logistics experts, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our physical trading operations.

• Execute physical trades in agricultural commodities, including grains, oilseeds, and soft commodities, in accordance with market conditions and trading strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners to facilitate the sourcing, transportation, and delivery of physical commodities.
• Analyze market trends, supply and demand dynamics, and geopolitical factors to identify trading opportunities and inform decisionmaking processes.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with counterparties to optimize trading outcomes and manage risk effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of physical trades and logistics operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, storage facilities, and transportation logistics to minimize costs and maximize profitability.

• 13 years of experience in physical commodities trading, in the agriculture sector.
• Strong understanding of agricultural markets, supply chains, and logistics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make informed trading decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
