    Do you want to be responsible for the architecture of Rabobank's world leading credit risk models for all loan portfolios Then this could be the job for you

    You and your job

    Rabobank is simplifying and modernizing the Credit Risk model landscape. Within Tribe Credit Analytics, our squads build new complex calculators used throughout the credit process chain. From direct use in the loan sales process to use in the capital reporting on Rabobank's complete corporate credit portfolio. Our Rural and Corporate models are used in all Rabobank regions worldwide.

    Together with the Area Business Architect, Tech lead, DevOps teams and product owners, you will realize the architecture of our Credit Risk Models.

    • Translate business and IT requirements into functional architectural designs, aligned with area business architectand theresponsiblesquads
    • Coordinate the overall design and implementation.
    • Communicate and explain credit risk models and business functions & processes to stakeholders in a complex chain environment.
    • Controlling roleon implementation of functional designs and manage deviations.

    Facts & Figures

    • 36 or 40 hours per week
    • Our Tribe consists of 9 area's, 5 of them focus on the different portfolio areas

    You and your talent

    Within Credit Analytics we value integrity, customer focus, an 'improvement and embracing change' mind-set and openness. As a Functional Solution architect you should particularly excel in the following Rabo skills:

    In addition to these skill you should recognize yourself in below checklist:

    • University Level education (bachelor or master) in a relevant direction (IT-Finance)
    • Proven ability to act as a Solution Architect in a complex chain environment for combined business and IT implementation teams
    • Proven experience in IT architecture principles and improving the continuity of IT services
    • Experience in translating regulatory requirements to IT solutions supporting our business.
    • Practical experience with architecture methods and techniques
    • Proven experience in designing and maintaining a services architecture
    • Good understanding of IT security and monitoring principles.
    • Broad experience with working in large organizations on complex technological landscapes
    • Helicopter view, overseeing a wide domain and any consequences certain (design) decisions have
    • Good communication skills to collaborate with squads, In control partners, colleague architects and other stakeholders in the organization
    • You can easily adjust your communication to the level of your audience
    • You have the ability to influence and persuade others with an open mindset
    • Good English proficiency (both oral and written). Preferably also in Dutch.
    • Must be working and living in the Netherlands for a number of years.

    This is what we offer you

    • a gross monthly salary between € 4.848,- and € 6.926,- (scale 10 based on your experience, 36 hours per week).
    • 13th month and holiday pay: as of January 1, 2023, the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.
    • an Employee Benefit Budget (10% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out.
    • an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,-
    • 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.
    • a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
    • a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance.
    • Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
