- You lead the coolest team within the Swapfiets, consisting of technicians, mechanics, and senior mechanics in our warehouse with up to repairs per year
- Coordinate daily tasks, host team meetings, inform, and motivate the team to achieve daily targets, while also being responsible for team development
- Create the shift planning for your team
- Lead the Swapfiets quality promise following the standard operating procedures and the quality controls and audits
- Help out with HR related processes such as recruitment, performance management, sickness and leave
- For 60% - 80% of your time, you actively support the Team on the floor by handling bike repairs
- Coordinate preparation of new (E-)Bikes and make them roadworthy
- You ensure a safe working environment for everyone
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and special repairs
- You are the main point of contact and support warehouse protocols
- Responsible for providing the repair supply forecast in the S&OE process and the execution of this forecast
- You have a secondary vocational education (MBO) work/level, preferably in a technical direction
- You ideally have 1-3 years experience in a process-oriented environment
- You are able to coach and enthuse colleagues
- You are available full time
- You have an eye for detail and a perfectionist streak
- You can communicate well in English
