- En tant que chef de projet hard facility vous êtes responsable de la coordination générale des hard services de toutes les installations des immeubles de bureaux, des résidences, des parkings et des terrains du projet.
- Vous rapportez directement au Chef du facility management.
- Vous assurez une coordination optimale des services associés au hard facility. A ce titre, vous êtes également responsable du suivi et du respect des procédures.
- Vous êtes responsable du suivi du niveau de qualité des services.
- En tant que people manager d'une équipe, vous gérez tous les aspects des ressources humaines tels que: l'on-boarding, l'intégration, la motivation de l'équipe, la planification, l'évaluation, le coaching, le développement et la formation.
- Vous gérez le budget, préparez le rapport d'activité mensuel et respectez les objectifs financiers fixés par le client.
- En concertation avec l'équipe, vous élaborez des plans d'action pour atteindre les objectifs du facility management.
- Vous proposez des innovations et des améliorations.
- Vous êtes responsable des négociations contractuelles avec les fournisseurs.
- Pendant la phase d'appel d'offres des projets, vous donnez des conseils et des informations, puis vous vérifiez et évaluez la mise en œuvre à partir de la discipline de la maintenance et vous établissez des plans de maintenance.

Tant dans le domaine du hard facility que du soft facility. L'objectif est d'effectuer ce facility management pour un certain nombre de projets de construction passionnants, en Wallonie et en Flandre.
Depuis le facility management vous avez un rôle de soutien et vous travaillez dans plusieurs domaines et départements de Jan De Nul Group.
Vos fonctions:
Profil
Vous avez un diplôme de bachelor ou de master avec une spécialisation dans le domaine technique et notamment l'électromécanique (HVAC).
Ou vous disposez d'une expérience éprouvée dans les services de facility management.
Vous avez un réel esprit d'équipe, communiquez couramment avec les employés et savez motiver une équipe pour obtenir d'excellents résultats.
Vous avez une attitude orientée vers les relations et le client et vous disposez d'une capacité de persuasion avec un sens de l'organisation et du progrès.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des applications MS office et êtes familier avec les programmes IFMS. Vous connaissez également la norme NEN 2767 (mesure de l'état technique d'un bâtiment) ou vous êtes prêt à suivre une formation à cet effet.
Vous aimez vous plonger dans un environnement technique et pensez toujours de manière créative aux solutions possibles.
Vous vivez et travaillez en Belgique depuis notre siège social à Alost. Des visites sur d'autres sites font également partie de vos responsabilité
