- Je verwerkt inkomende facturen en zorgt dat deze op de juiste cost centers worden geboekt
- Je verzorgt de uitgaande facturatie van onze warehousing activiteiten naar onze klanten en verzamelt hierbij gegevens uit diverse operationele systemen om deze te combineren in Excel
- Je werkt nauw samen met de operatie om de financiële afhandeling van de processen continu te verbeteren
- Je verzorgt de maandafsluiting waarbij alle kosten en opbrengsten worden samengebracht in de P/L. Hiervoor werk je samen met de collega's van de administratie en het hoofdkantoor
- Je ondersteunt en bent een sparringpartner voor het management
- Je concretiseert het budget en de rolling forecast waarbij onderbouwd inzicht wordt gegeven in de te verwachten financiële resultaten op korte en langere termijn
- Je analyseert het financieel resultaat tegen het eerder opgestelde budget. Daarnaast stel je plannen op ter verbetering van het financieel resultaat en monitor je de voortgang
- Je ontwikkelt en stelt periodieke rapportages op met betrekking tot operationele volumes en werkzaamheden, performance, KPI's en kwaliteit en je komt actief met voorstellen ter verbetering
- Je hebt een (net) afgeronde HBO opleiding richting bedrijfseconomie/accountancy of vergelijkbaar
- Je hebt eventueel ervaring in een financiële functie
- Je hebt de ambitie om jezelf te ontwikkelen naar Operational Controller, maar bent voor dit moment vooral geïnteresseerd in het doorgronden en verbeteren van de facturatieprocessen die hier aan ten grondslag liggen
- Je hebt een 'hands-on' mentaliteit
- Je hebt uitstekende kennis van Excel. Kennis van SAP en Power-BI is een pré.
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift

Voor één van onze Contractlogistiek locaties in Tilburg zijn wij op zoek naar een junior Operational Controller die houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving, maar heel goed op zichzelf kan werken.
Het is aan jou om de komende jaren de processen nog verder te stroomlijnen en te zorgen voor een goede structuur. Je bent in deze rol het financiële aanspreekpunt binnen de Branch.
Voor jou zijn facturen, rolling forecasts, budgettten en maandafsluitingen onderwerpen waar je energie van krijgt. Als junior Operational Controller sta je in nauw contact met het lokale management team. Het betreft in principe een fulltime functie voor 40 uur per week, waarbij gedeeltelijk thuiswerken tot de mogelijkheden behoort.
