    • Strategic Data Product and Analytics Development: You will design and implement advanced analytics models and data products, ensuring they align with our strategic goals for enhancing customer service experiences.
    • Data Quality Management: Uphold the highest standards of data quality and integrity, swiftly addressing any discrepancies or anomalies that arise.
    • Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with data scientists and business analysts to understand their data needs, helping to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable insights for our customer services.
    • Innovation in Data Utilisation: Proactively seek out and integrate cutting-edge data technologies and analytical tools to enhance our data infrastructure, supporting robust e-commerce analytics and customer insights.
    • Culture of Excellence: Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, enhancing team collaboration and driving initiatives that contribute to our business goals.

    What will you bring to the table?

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related analytical field
    • At least 3 years of experience in advanced analytics, with a strong preference for backgrounds in customer analytics within an e-commerce or tech-centric industry
    • Advanced skills in SQL and experience with relational databases; proficiency in data transformation tools
    • Familiarity with Python or similar programming languages for data analysis.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business outcomes
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic team environment and interacting with various stakeholders
