- Process Harmonization: Harmonize and standardize work processes across different regional countries.
- Knowledge Management: Create and maintain knowledge base articles in our help center.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor feedback to sales/customers on outcomes and measure performance based on predefined KPIs.
- Scrum Participation: Engage in scrum meetings to ensure stories are refined from a testing perspective.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or Technical/Science fields.
- Work Experience: At least 2+ years of experience as a Software Tester.
- Technical Understanding: Knowledge of IT Enterprise infrastructures.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Management Skills: Excellent people and project management skills.
