- Het continu optimaliseren van de operationele en administratieve proces flows om een zo efficiënt mogelijke afwikkeling van de opdrachten te kunnen realiseren, dit via toepassing van 5S, kaizen, lean six sigma projecten;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het geven van introductietrainingen aan de Green en Yellow belts. Tevens ondersteun en faciliteer je de diverse projecten en verbeterinitiatieven;
- Het coachen en begeleiden van je medewerkers is een cruciaal onderdeel van je functie. Jij weet als geen ander hoe je jouw team kan motiveren zodat ze het beste uit zich zelf halen;
- Je onderneemt acties om het Operational Excellence niveau van de site te verbeteren;
- Je maakt business cases voor innovaties, ondersteunt en mede implementeert deze.
Jouw skills en ervaringen
- Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau en bij voorkeur over een afgeronde studie richting (productie) logistiek;
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een logistieke of productieomgeving, waarvan minimaal 1 jaar succesvol leidinggevende ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met Lean/Six sigma en beschikt bij voorkeur over Lean Six Sigma Green Belt-certificering;
- Je bent gevorderd in Excel en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met dashboardoplossingen zoals Qlik Sense of Tableau;
- Je hebt kennis en ervaring in een gemechaniseerde en/of geautomatiseerde warehouseomgeving en hebt daarmee een sterke affiniteit met IT en techniek;
- Zeer goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden en uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
