The challenge

As the Logistics Operations Lead, you'll lead the development and implementation of our logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. From coordinating end-to-end logistics processes to monitoring key performance indicators, you'll be the driving force behind our logistical success. You'll will collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams (like procurement, order management, customer service and supply planning) and you'll ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the supply chain. Your talent for selecting and managing third-party logistics providers will ensure cost-effective and reliable services, while your leadership will inspire and empower our team of logistics professionals to reach new heights. Stay ahead of the curve by staying updated on industry trends and leading projects that contribute to our global logistics strategy.

Qualifications

Your profile

To excel in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with extensive experience in logistics operations, including over five years in a leadership role. Your strategic insight and deep knowledge of logistics processes will be invaluable, as will your proficiency in logistics software and systems. Analytical prowess and problem-solving skills will be your allies as you identify trends and implement process improvements. Effective communication in both English and Dutch and interpersonal skills will ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and customers, while your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will set you apart. With leadership qualities that motivate and develop teams and a continuous learning mindset you're poised to make a significant impact in the world of logistics. You are currently living in The Netherlands.
