- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in finance or controlling in a multinational environment.
- Strong interest in understanding finance processes and systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office mandatory, additional experience in SAPbyDesign, LucaNet, and/or PowerBI a plus.
- Fluency in English.
