- Develop, maintain, validate, and verify electrical components, sub-systems, and solutions for Interventional Guided Therapy Systems.
- Collaborate within an R&D multi-disciplinary team to apply research results and technological advancements.
- Ensure compliance with international medical standards and safety regulations for our systems and components.
- Conduct electronics and electric maintenance and design, including requirements development, verification, reporting, and documentation.
- Assure design quality, reliability, and patient safety of medical products developed by Philips and our partners.
- Define test strategy and plans, conduct testing, and report findings to comply with Safety and EMC medical international standards and regulations.
- Manage interconnection and interfaces such as cabling, harnesses, and connectors.
- Set up, work with, and deploy Eplan within the organization.
- Foster effective and efficient cooperation with teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Drive progress, report on tasks, and align with other functions including mechanical, mechatronics, norm compliance, test and validation, purchase, and quality.
- Support the electronics and electrical team vision, mission, and strategy.
- Provide support for continuous factory operations.
- Hold a Master of Science or related technical degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, mechatronics engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Possess a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in a professional engineering environment.
- Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in the medical or other highly regulated industry.
- Show experience in new product introduction and/or life-cycle development.
- Exhibit proficiency in electronics system design, validation, and verification.
- Understand medical quality management systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Preferred experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
