Wat doe je als Production Coördinator bij Micronit?
Als Production Coördinator zorg je ervoor dat je tijdig de juiste informatie en middelen krijgt om productieorders in behandeling te kunnen nemen. Op basis van de gewenste leverdata en de beschikbare resources stel je een capaciteitsplanning op en bewaak je de voortgang van de lopende orders zowel intern alsook extern bij toeleveranciers met als doel op tijd kunnen leveren.
Daarbij houd je nauw contact met Sales, Projectmanagers, Werkvoorbereiding, Quality Assurance, Magazijn, Inkoop, en Productie. Indien nodig weet je de pijnpunten bloot te leggen zodat je deze samen met het team waarin je werkt kan oplossen. Waar nodig houd je stakeholders op de hoogte van de voortgang.
Verder zorg je ervoor dat de logistieke processen verder verbeterd worden. Je stelt KPI's op die ervoor zorgen dat de logistieke performance inzichtelijk wordt. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de processen beter worden ingericht zodat deze klaar zijn om verder op te schalen.
Je werkt in een High Tech omgeving met veel verschillende technische productie processen. Het gaat om lage volumes in een hoge mix. De productie vind grotendeels plaats in een cleanroom.
Wie zoeken we?
We zoeken iemand die ons helpt naar het volgende niveau op het logistieke/planning vlak. Je bent in staat om onze logistieke processen en systemen snel eigen te maken. Je weet je staande te houden in een turbulente omgeving en durft zaken op scherp te zetten. Een resource planning opstellen is voor jou geen enkel probleem en je kan deze ook heel helder communiceren. We zoeken iemand met een aangeboren passie voor zaken als Takt, Lean, kortere doorlooptijd, enz.
Je bent analytisch sterk en weet te pijnpunten goed helder te krijgen. En je bent in staat om de processen te verbeteren. Bijvoorbeeld de verdere uitrol van ons ERP systeem: Business Central.
Je bent een echte organisator die zaken graag structureel regelt en energie krijgt van samenwerken
Je bent je bewust van de kwaliteitseisen (ISO13485 / GMP) die de medische industrie stelt aan productie en kunt daarmee goed omgaan.
Tenslotte vind je het belangrijk om bij te dragen aan onze missie om mensen gezond ouder te laten worden.
