Beschrijving

Export Planning:

• Coordinating outbound shipments and communicate delivery plans to carriers and Sales Office.
• Manage customs clearance processes for export shipments.
• Verify and approve freight invoices.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery statuses.

Import Planning:

• Plan inbound shipments to regional distribution centers and liaise with carriers and warehouse administration.

Customs Management:

• Ensure accurate and compliant administration of customs-related documentation.
• Monitor and maintain licenses required for customs clearance.
• Organize proper archiving of import and export documents.
• Update and train team members on customs software usage.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or (technical) business administration.
• Customs declarant certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import and export administration, with at least 2 years in customs clearance.
• Proficiency in OTM, SAP SD.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
