    International Tax & Transfer Pricing Analyst/Specialist:

    Purpose of Position:


    We are currently looking for a new team member in our Tax team who will have a focus on Transfer Pricing & International Tax.

    You will take responsibility for managing a variety of international tax and transfer pricing projects. Plan and manage risk assessments and analyze business models, intra-group transactions and corporate structures.

    Develop transfer pricing policies and guide their implementation, as well as review and align transfer pricing documentation including economic analysis in accordance with transfer pricing policies.

    Manage Transfer Pricing documentation projects according to international (OECD) and local standards.

    Deliver a variety of tax analyses related to Dutch tax implications, International Tax and transfer pricing projects for multidisciplinary teams, being able to delivery financial impacts.

    Monitoring new tax legislation and calculating financial impacts to the Group, as well as new policies and procedures globally.

    Identify opportunities / follow up on the corporate structure projects, ensuring global tax processes are compliant with existing tax laws.

    The position is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

    Key Accountabilities:

    Ensure:


    • Correct alignment of Transfer Pricing documentation within the Group in accordance with TP Policy;
    • Creation of Group TP Policy and provide technical support on such implementation;
    • Support business and financing structures and new IC flows in technical tax matters.
    • Advise on corporate structures, tax treaties analysis, M&A projetcs
    Carry out:


    • Activities related to Transfer Pricing and International Tax to support business structures.
    Contribute:


    • Deliverable of tax technical, analytical and strategical decision for the best and compliance decision to business segments.
    Technical / Management Knowledge:

    Graduation/Master in Finance or Tax Law;
    2-5 years work related experience on Big4s or in-house is highly recommended;
    Knowledge on Transfer Pricing and International Tax, including Transfer Pricing documentation (required) and financial transactions (differential);
    Technical knowledge to provide tax advice (opinions, contracts analysis and business modalities/structures);
    Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills;
    Pro-active self-starter, who can work well independently and in a team; willingness to learn and to support different areas;
    Accounting knowledge is a plus;

    Language proficiency:
    Fluency in English (required) / Dutch and/or Portuguese (differential)
