- Verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van een duidelijke visie en strategie voor de business unit op het gebied van data & analytics binnen professional services.
- Je houdt technologische ontwikkelingen in de gaten en je weet dit om te zetten naar kansen voor de business unit.
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategieën om de groei van het team en de organisatie te bevorderen.
- Samenwerken met het senior management om langetermijnvisie en doelstellingen te bepalen.
- Leiden, motiveren en (vakinhoudelijk) ontwikkelen van een team van 10-15 data & analytics consultants.
- Zorgdragen voor een positieve werkomgeving, waarin medewerkers worden gestimuleerd om hun vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan het succes van het team.
- Bepalen en implementeren van de korte en langetermijnstrategie voor de business unit;
- Verantwoordelijk voor P&L en de inzetbaarheid van onze consultants;
- Optimaliseren van interne processen en workflows om de operationele efficiëntie te verbeteren.
- Onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties door regelmatig contact en het begrijpen van de behoeften van klanten.
- Strategische partner op gebied van data & analytics en in staat om klanten te 'challengen' op hun datavraagstukken.
- Zorgen voor klanttevredenheid en het identificeren van mogelijkheden voor uitbreiding van dienstverlening.
- Voorbereiden van rapportages over teamprestaties, project statussen en financiële resultaten.
- Analyseren van gegevens en trends om proactief te reageren op kansen en uitdagingen.
- Minimaal een bachelor- of masterdiploma in bedrijfskunde, data science, informatica of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Diepgaande vakinhoudelijke kennis en begrip van data & analytics-processen en –oplossingen (minimaal senior niveau).
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het leiden en managen van teams binnen de data & analytics branche.
- Uitstekende communicatie- en leiderschapsvaardigheden.
- Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Bewezen staat van dienst in klantrelatiebeheer en het behalen van bedrijfsdoelstellingen.

Als Business Unit Manager Consultancy ben je verantwoordelijk voor de P&L van onze productgroepen Datastrategie, BI & Analytics en Academy. Je bent het gezicht van deze business unit en je bent in staat om collega's te inspireren en mee te nemen in jouw visie. Je hebt diepgaande kennis van data, BI en analytics en weet waar de markt op technologisch gebied naar toe beweegt. Je bent in staat om vanuit jouw inhoudelijke kennis een visie en strategie voor de toekomst van consultancy te ontwikkelen en te implementeren. Je bent tevens verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van bestaande en nieuwe klanten, het leiden van het team en het eindresultaat van de business unit. Je geeft hierbij, vanuit een coachende mindset, leiding aan een groep van 15 analytics consultants en programmamanagers met verschillende expertisegebieden en ben je een inhoudelijke en strategische sparringspartner voor onze klanten.
