    Nouvall Engineering Services is gespecialiseerd inprojectondersteuning voor de (petro)chemische en maritiemeindustrie.
    Wij leveren hierin expertise op het gebiedvan Engineering, Project Management, Maintenance, Shutdowns,Construction en Safety.

    Functieomschrijving

    Doel van de rol in de TAorganisatie:

    • Tijdens devoorbereidingsfase als lid van het TA team zorgdragen voor eentijdige en eenduidige technische scope voor de geheleTA.

    • Tijdens deuitvoeringsfase zorg dragen voor de coördinatie en aansturing vande technische disciplines, MEers en inspecteurs, en eenduidigetechnische scope in geval van scope changes.

    Taken enverantwoordelijkheden

    Technisch:

    •Vanuit de scope inbreng nagaan waar scope ontbreekt of niet correctis. Dit in samenwerking discipline engineers, maintenance enoperations.

    • Laten opstellenTOS-sen, dusdanig dat voor de WvB technisch eenduidig is wat erdient te gebeuren. Inclusief correcte technische specificatie tevervangen onderdelen.

    • Neemtkennis van de technisch procedures, en controleert op toepassinghiervan.

    • Toets inhoudelijk deTOS-sen van alle betrokken disciplines op technische compleetheiden correctheid.

    • Overwaakt hetengineeringsproces en stuurt waar nodig bij.

    • Stelt instructies op voor specifieke doelgroepenals inspecteurs en stelt waar nodig deze bij.

    • Toets technische evaluaties en zet noodzakelijkeacties aan.

    • Bepaalt medetijdens de uitvoering welke technische besluiten er genomen moetenworden.

    Veiligheid:

    •Neemt kennis van de risico's, maatregelen en VGM-instructies enhandelt hier naar tijdens de voorbereiding en de uitvoering van deTA.

    • Ingrijpen bij acuutgevaar.

    Organisatorisch:

    • Neemt kennis van de organisatorische proceduresen past deze toe en waar nodig vult deze aan.

    • Voorzitter van het scopingoverleg.

    • Stuurt engineers aanin voorbereidings- en uitvoeringsfase. Tijdens uitvoeringsfaseeveneens de inspecteurs in het veld.

    • In geval van technische onduidelijkheden,proactief naar de oplossing hiervan werken.

    • Organiseert resources voor zowel voorbereidingals uitvoering TA, zowel intern en extern.

    Rekenschapsrelaties:

    • Rapporteert functioneel aan TA Manager (TAM),hiërarchisch aan Sr. Manager afdeling MaintenanceTA.

    Functie-eisen


    • Werkervaring: minimaal 15 jaar ervaringin de petrochemische/technische industrie.

    • Werkervaring: minimaal 15 jaar ervaring metaansturen van teams.

    • In hetbezit van geldig VCA VOL certificaat.

    • In staat zijn om technische documenten telezen.

    • Goede beheersing vanNederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift (Duits spreken iseen pré).

    • Het hebben vangeldig certificaat: Flensmonteur met protocol NEN 1591-4, istijdens uitvoering TA vereist.

    • Is in staat ICT systemen eigen temaken.

    • HBO/Ac. werk endenkniveau.

    • Bij voorkeurervaring in TA's.
