Doel van de rol in de TA organisatie:Tijdens de voorbereidingsfase als lid van het TA team zorgdragen voor een tijdige en eenduidige technische scope voor de gehele TA. Tijdens de uitvoeringsfase zorg dragen voor de coördinatie en aansturing van de technische disciplines, ME ers en inspecteurs, en eenduidige technische scope in geval van scope changes.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Technisch:
Vanuit de scope inbreng nagaan waar scope ontbreekt of niet correct is. Dit in samenwerking discipline engineers, maintenance en operations. Laten opstellen TOS-sen, dusdanig dat voor de WvB technisch eenduidig is wat er dient te gebeuren. Inclusief correcte technische specificatie te vervangen onderdelen. Neemt kennis van de technisch procedures, en controleert op toepassing hiervan. Toets inhoudelijk de TOS-sen van alle betrokken disciplines op technische compleetheid en correctheid. Overwaakt het engineeringsproces en stuurt waar nodig bij. Stelt instructies op voor specifieke doelgroepen als inspecteurs en stelt waar nodig deze bij. Toets technische evaluaties en zet noodzakelijke acties aan. Bepaalt mede tijdens de uitvoering welke technische besluiten er genomen moeten worden.
Veiligheid:
Neemt kennis van de risico's, maatregelen en VGM-instructies en handelt hier naar tijdens de voorbereiding en de uitvoering van de TA. Ingrijpen bij acuut gevaar.
Organisatorisch:
Neemt kennis van de organisatorische procedures en past deze toe en waar nodig vult deze aan. Voorzitter van het scoping overleg. Stuurt engineers aan in voorbereidings- en uitvoeringsfase. Tijdens uitvoeringsfase eveneens de inspecteurs in het veld. In geval van technische onduidelijkheden, proactief naar de oplossing hiervan werken. Organiseert resources voor zowel voorbereiding als uitvoering TA, zowel intern en extern.
Rekenschapsrelaties:
Rapporteert functioneel aan TA Manager (TAM), hiërarchisch aan Sr. Manager afdeling Maintenance TA.
Je profiel
Werkervaring: minimaal 15 jaar ervaring in de petrochemische/technische industrie. Werkervaring: minimaal 15 jaar ervaring met aansturen van teams. In het bezit van geldig VCA VOL certificaat. In staat zijn om technische documenten te lezen. Goede beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift (Duits spreken is een pré). Het hebben van geldig certificaat: Flensmonteur met protocol NEN 1591-4, is tijdens uitvoering TA vereist. Is in staat ICT systemen eigen te maken. HBO/Ac. werk en denkniveau. Bij voorkeur ervaring in TA's.&v=024){kind=logo}
