As Maintenance Manager DSL-01, you execute and sharpen the existing asset management and turnaround strategy through external maintenance partners.
You report to the Plant Manager and act as the primary point of contact for all outsourced maintenance service providers.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior role where:You translate strategy into operational governance.
You build and lead an outsourced maintenance organization fully integrated with plant operations.
You design and implement the facility's asset management and turnaround plan, including lifecycle management, capital planning, and risk assessment.
You optimize maintenance budgets and contractor performance.
You prevent demurrage, delays, and production losses by minimizing downtime.
You ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
A typical day balances strategy, contractor leadership, and operational reliability.
You coordinate closely with operations and external partners, improve preventive maintenance plans, monitor asset performance, and strengthen the long-term reliability framework of the plant.
Unlike many maintenance roles where you are either too high-level or too absorbed in daily firefighting, this position offers a unique combination of:Strategic asset management

Your profile*As a growing company in a rapidly developing industry, we are looking for someone who wants to actively build, improve and professionalise — and who is comfortable operating in an environment that is still taking shape.
Ideally, you recognise yourself in the following:
You bring senior maintenance leadership experience in industrial production environments, with a strong track record in asset management, reliability and contractor management within 24/7 operations (e.g. terminals, (petro)chemical, manufacturing or logistics environments).
You know how to lead outsourced maintenance models.
You have experience with performance-based contracts, CMMS/EAM systems and reliability methodologies (RCM, RCA, FMEA), and you understand how to translate strategy into clear governance, KPIs and cost control.
You are a pragmatic builder.You operate comfortably at both strategic and plant-operational level, create structure in evolving environments, manage stakeholders firmly and constructively, and stay calm and decisive when it matters most.
