- Samen met het MT Operations NL bepalen van de midden- en lange termijndoelstellingen;

- Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau met een afgeronde technische (bedrijfskundige) opleiding;
- Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring binnen een grote productieorganisatie FTE);
- Ervaring met het intrinsiek vertalen en borgen van Operational Excellence gedachtegoed binnen Manufacturing organisatie;
- Inzicht in productieprocessen en organisatorische processen en in staat deze processen te analyseren, te implementeren, te borgen en te veranderen;
- Een proactieve verandermanager met analytische, organisatorische en budgetvaardigheden;
- Een natuurlijk leider met een resultaatgerichte instelling. Je legt verbinding en beschikt over uitstekende (people)management skills. Je initieert, motiveert en optimaliseert;
- Kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid staan bij jou hoog in het vaandel. Je hebt oog en oor voor alles wat daarop een impact zou kunnen hebben en bent in staat op basis daarvan je strategie te bepalen;
- Analytisch sterk, engineering mindset, procesdenken, toekomstbestendig zijn steekwoorden die bij jou als professional passen;

Functieomschrijving Production Manager
Je bent als Production Manager verantwoordelijk voor een of meerdere productieafdeling(en) binnen de fabriek in Roermond. Binnen jouw aandachtsgebied zorg je samen met je team voor een efficiënte en professionele uitvoering van de productieprocessen met een sterke focus op mensen, kwaliteit, veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en kosten.
Als Production Manager rapporteer je aan de Operations Director en maak je onderdeel uit van het MT Operations NL binnen de fabriek. Zelf geef je direct leiding aan jouw stafteam bestaande uit 2-4 Teamleiders en 1-2 Production & Process engineers. Jouw totale span of control varieert tussen de 65 en 120 medewerkers.
