Als business analyst weet jij goed te achterhalen welk effect operationele activiteiten hebben op het financieel resultaat. Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die onze operationele managers gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseert en ondersteunt bij rapportages.
ID Logistics is een wereldwijd opererende logistiek dienstverlener met een grote groeiambitie. Sinds dit jaar zijn we trots op onze 10e plek in de top 100 logistiek dienstverleners, waarbij we samenwerken met vele toonaangevende klanten om hen te ondersteunen bij hun logistieke activiteiten. Onze meeste klanten zijn gepositioneerd in Noord- Brabant en daarom kunnen we met jou meedenken in mogelijkheden op locaties in Etten- Leur, Tilburg of Den Bosch. Afhankelijk van je ervaring kan je dus voor één of meerdere operaties ondersteuning bieden. Je komt op kantoor te werken op de afdeling Business Support en rapporteert aan de operations manager.
Wat ga je doen?
Je analyseert operationele en financiële data op trends en uitschieters. Je ontwikkelt rapportages aan de hand van de cijfers voor de operatie, het management en de klant. Deze worden onder andere gebruikt in de dagelijkse operatie, in commerciële gesprekken met de klant, bij het maken van strategische keuzes en om de klant inzicht te verschaffen in de details van hun logistieke kosten. Op basis van jouw analyses breng je advies uit en doe je verbetervoorstellen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele controle, analyse van de wekelijkse financiële resultaten en de maandelijkse factuur voor meerdere uiteenlopende klanten. Je moet kunnen schakelen tussen verschillende niveaus, zowel binnen onze organisatie als met de klant.
Wat neem je mee?
• Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring als business analyst;
• Je hebt ervaring met het analyseren van operationele en financiële data;
• Je bent in staat om je eigen adviezen te onderbouwen;
• Je beheerst de Engelse taal op minimaal B1 niveau;
• Je hebt ervaring met relevante programma's zoals WMS en PowerBI;
• Je bent een zelfstarter en bent continue bezig met de ontwikkeling van jezelf én de organisatie;
• Je trekt je werkschoenen aan en onderzoekt wat er beter kan aan de logistieke flows in het warehouse.
