    About the role

    De (senior) Manager Market Access & Policy is primair verantwoordelijk voor de toegankelijkheid van Pfizer geneesmiddelen en vaccins voor Nederlandse patiënten. Dit kunnen producten zijn waarvoor de vergoeding en toegang nog georganiseerd dient te worden maar ook producten die al op de markt aanwezig zijn.

    Main responsibilities

  • Ontwikkelen van market access strategieën voor een aantal indicatiegebieden en daaraan gerelateerde Pfizer producten op de Nederlandse markt. Je staat in voor een kwalitatief hoogwaardige analyse van de geneesmiddelen en vaccins markt en het speelveld van de vergoedingen hierin
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van het gehele vergoedingsproces en stuurt daartoe een multidisciplinair team aan. Met het team maken jullie het mogelijk dat patiënten in Nederland toegang krijgen tot deze innovatieve geneesmiddelen en vaccins. Het ontwikkelen van kwalitatief hoogwaardige vergoedingsdossiers en onderhandelingsstrategieën zijn hier geregeld een onderdeel van.
  • Pro-actief identificeren van huidige en toekomstige belangrijke omgevingsfactoren welke van invloed zijn op de toegang van Pfizer producten. Weten wat er bij verschillende stakeholders speelt en anticiperen op de ontwikkelingen in het zorglandschap. Identificeren wat de impact hiervan is op bestaande en te verwachte Pfizer producten en strategieën ontwikkelen om de toegang te optimaliseren.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van Pfizer Nederland in relevante nationale en internationale overleggen. Daarbij wordt van jou verwacht dat je standpunten effectief kunt uitdragen en in staat bent deze te justificeren.

    • About you

  • Afgeronde universitaire opleiding (Master) zoals Healthcare Policy, Life sciences, Pharmacy of Health Economics
  • Werkervaring van minimaal 6 jaar in de farmaceutische industrie of onderzoek
  • Grondige en actuele kennis van het zorgstelsel, het Nederlandse vergoedingssysteem, de toegangsdynamiek en de ontwikkelingen
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Daaronder vallen ook de communicatieve vaardigheden zoals vasthoudendheid en overtuigingskracht om als gesprekspartner van externe stakeholders op te treden Directe interactie ervaring met Zorginstituut en VWS
  • Ervaring in het werken in cross-functionele teams
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en goede project management en coördinatie vaardigheden.
  • Oplossend gerichtheid, goed in staat zijn om in creatieve richtingen te denken, in staat om volhoudend te zijn maar ook flexibel indien omgevingsfactoren veranderen
  • Pro-actief, gemotiveerd, in staat zijn om meerdere prioriteiten tegelijkertijd te managen

  • Ervaring in het ontwikkelen van market access strategieën en het opstellen van vergoedingsdossiers. Aantoonbaar verscheidende producten succesvol vergoed.
  • PhD in relevant gebied is een pre
