- Responsible for P&L for forklift business in Europe.
- Managing yearly budget of 3 million Europe.
- Recruiting and structuring business organisation to the current team of 30 FTE.
- Managing sales, service, spare parts, business administration.
- Doubling sales revenue to 30 million EUR in 2022 compared to 2018.
- Expanded business further to Poland, Hungary, Romania and Israel with sales and service network in more than 15 countries.
- Introducing Key Account business model into the organisation and succeeding in bringing Key Account business weight to 10% of the revenue.
- Introducing various leasing facilities to the business, including vendor leasing program, floor planning and retail financing.
- Implement web portal for parts ordering as well as warranty claim.
- Product development strategy for European market as next-Gen solution.
