- De Vergunningencoördinator ensures that permit applications work smoothly. The focus of this role is primarily on flora and fauna activities.
- Connecting with external stakeholders (permit provider, supervisor, consulting firms) and internal stakeholders is key.
- Everything we do revolves around people, the environment, and surroundings.
- Evaluating project applications for earthmoving, demolition, or new/construction, based on the required ecological assessment.
- Preparing necessary information for obtaining permits and overseeing the progress of permit applications.
- Acting as a discussion partner for obtaining flora & fauna and environmental permits and supporting the applicant in their responsibilities.
- Initiating a collaboration with the environmental service for an integrated assessment with a multi-year validity period.
- Serving as a contact person for permitting agencies, specifically environmental service North Holland North and North Sea Canal area.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Ecology/Environmental Science.
- Knowledge of Wnb/Wabo/Environmental Law.
- Demonstrable experience in permit coordination, particularly in flora and fauna (legal/technical).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in permit management for large and complex infrastructure projects.
- Experience and/or knowledge of project management.
- € 4744 to € 6582 gross per month (Scale 12).
- Thirteenth-month pay.
- NS-Business Card fully reimbursing public transport for commuting.
- Option to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour workweek.
- Choice between iPhone 14 or Samsung S22.
