- Be involved throughout the shippingprocess.
- Review and compare transportationcosts from different vendors, ensure that the outgoing shipment isaccurate and well packaged, track shipments and ensuredelivery
- Process IncomingShipments.
- Receive incoming materials, comparewhat has been shipped with the shipment order, ensure that thematerials are in good condition, stock the materials in thewarehouse and file all correspondingdocumentation.
- Manage Warehouse Inventory.Conduct a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly inventory of supplies andplaces orders with vendors asneeded.

Englishproficiency, both written and spoken, is essential as it is theprimary language used in the workplace. However, fluency in Dutchis also advantageous.

The ideal candidate is proactive, driven, anddedicated to task completion. Previous experience in logistics isimperative, whether acquired through professional endeavors oreducational pursuits. As a vital member of the team, the LogisticsCoordinator will primarily focus on shipping and receiving taskswhile providing comprehensive support to the Logistics Manageracross all warehouse operations.
