    Your job

    Overall: Create your own product vision/strategy based upon ABN AMRO and department strategy and steer the team to enable maximum business value.

    As a tech-savvy product owner you will work on:

  • formulating a vision for Cyber Vault as part of the Private Cloud systems department and define with the team how to get there;
  • prioritise and guiding the work of your mixed teams (various vendors) on multiple locations, so that you create optimal value for our organisation;
  • developing new services and solutions to enable our business;·
  • managing dependencies between the various other scrum teams;
  • steering the team on operating and services the Cyber Vault on a 24/7 basis;
  • responsible for finance, license management, life cycle management and more of the used infrastructure and products;
  • keep the operations safe and secure by making sure patching is up to par and desired state configuration is being executed;
  • automate together with the team as much processes as possible.

    • In short: you direct the process of creating and maintaining our on-prem Cybervault products and services portfolio. You ensure that developments within your team are in line with developments in other teams, and that our cloud solutions contribute to our international PIP and ABN AMRO strategy.

    You know how to deal with the pressure of a high exposure position like this in a complex environment. You are strong in creating a vision, partly due to your drive and energy, you are able to achieve goals and inspire the people around you. You use a facilitating leadership style.

    You have strategic insight; you communicate easily with senior management and with your teams and you have execution power. You bring the matter constantly in motion. You know what is going on within the organisation, what the business needs and take an exemplary role in striving to reach the goals.

    Check your profile:

  • Higher educational background and relevant work experience;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on value (either for the bank or users);
  • You know how a bank works and have experience as a product owner;
  • You oversee the complexity of regulation, compliance, legislation, risk, commercial interest, IT and know how this relates to each other;
  • Energetic by nature and focused on collaboration, a facilitating leadership style to achieve results;
  • Skilled in analysing and structuring complex problems, identifying solutions/options and presenting your advice to stakeholders in a convincing and structured manner.
  • Knowledge of common cyber vault, backup and storage solutions and how to implement them.
