    Manager Trade Finance

    Transaction Banking Sales (TB Sales) bedient klanten binnen alle segmenten. Hierbij focussen we ons op zakelijke klanten met een grote TB behoefte. We bieden oplossingen op het vlak van Trade Finance (Garanties, LC's, collections en Cash & Liquidity Management (C&LM). Voor het Trade Finance (TF) Sales team zoeken we een dynamisch en ervaren manager.

    Je baan

    Als meewerkend manager geef je leiding aan 8 Trade Finance consultants en ben je, 50% van je tijd, verantwoordelijk voor de (grootste) klanten in de portefeuille, voornamelijk in de FI sector. Je houdt ervan dagelijks met klanten en deals bezig te zijn en krijgt tegelijk energie van het beter maken van je team(leden). Een belangrijk aspect van de baan is het actief realiseren van nieuwe afzetmarkten, het verder bevorderen van de groei van de portefeuille en het signaleren van up-sell binnen en buiten TB. Vanuit een rol als consultative seller verkoop je samen met het team de T&G producten. TF structureert internationale deals en gebruikt daarvoor letters of credit , Standby Letters of credit , collections en guarantees. TF is verantwoordelijk voor de risicoweging en de pricing die wordt toegepast. In deze rol vragen we een brede kennis van de internationale handel, het is een vereiste te beschikken over een uitgebreide kennis van de Trade en Garantie producten en kennis te hebben van compliance en sanctions. Je dag bestaat uit het coachen van collega's die je helpt om de beste versie van zichzelf te worden. Je spart over TF voorstellen voor onze klanten en fiatteert afwijkende pricing of revisies. Daarnaast bedien je je eigen klantportefeuille en realiseer je deals. Je zoekt proactief naar prospects met een hoog TF-potentieel die aansluiten bij de sectorfocus van ABN AMRO. In samenwerking met bankers, de Grid en SDT's bouw je aan de meest succesvolle verkoopstrategie. Als onderdeel van het TB Sales MT vertaal je (bankbrede) strategie naar tactisch/operationeel niveau.

    Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het bijdragen aan objectives and key results die TB Sales in afstemming met de segmenten en in lijn met TB brede doelen heeft vastgesteld
  • ABN AMRO en specifiek TB Sales vertegenwoordigen bij (client) events
  • Het op orde houden van onze duty of care, regalatory vereisten en interne regelgeving waarbij je voldoende oog hebt voor de risico's in onze operatie
  • Je faciliteert productinnovatie door het bieden van inzichten aan het Grid mbt trends, feedback van klanten en concurrentieanalyse/inzicht

    • Werkomgeving

    De klanten van TB Sales zitten verspreid over de wereld, waarbij we ons primair richten op in NL gevestigde bedrijven en daarnaast klanten in NW-Europe bedienen. Dit doen we met lokale aanwezigheid van HUB's in 4 landen. We werken hybride waarbij het team elkaar minimaal 1x per week fysiek ontmoet in Rotterdam. Nederlands is de voertaal binnen TB Sales maar goede Engelse taalvaardigheid (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) is noodzakelijk.

  • Academisch werk/denk niveau
  • Minimaal 10 jaar werk ervaring, bij voorkeur commercieel, in het midden- en grootbedrijf
  • Minimaal 5 jaar LG ervaring
  • Klantgericht

  • Diepgaande kennis van TF producten en ecosysteem inclusief werkkapitaal en Basel III/IV impact
  • Bewezen capaciteit om teams te leiden in een veranderende omgeving met focus op het realiseren van nieuwe klantrelaties
  • Bewezen netwerk en stakeholder managementkwaliteiten
  • Bewezen sales ervaring in de wereld van Trade Finance en bij grootzakelijke relaties

    • Wij bieden

  • Het bovenaan de pagina weergegeven bruto maandsalaris is op basis van een 36-urige werkweek, inclusief vakantiegeld en benefit budget.
  • Het benefit budget bedraagt 11% van je salaris. Als je in een maand geen aankopen of reserveringen doet in de Benefit Shop, krijg je over die maand een twaalfde deel van je benefit budget uitbetaald.
