- Assume technical planning, execution, and reporting of experimental results and conclusions under the guidance of a Project Leader, contributing to the client's development of new and environmentally friendly waterborne paint concepts.
- Independently manage projects or work based on outlined briefs, demonstrating flexibility and organizational skills within the client's dynamic setting.
- Engage in formulation and technical tasks in the lab, aligning with the client's departmental research objectives.
- Design and conduct experiments, formulate hypotheses, and critically analyze deviations and unexpected outcomes for the client's projects.
- Document laboratory findings and communicate results effectively with the Project Leader and team members on behalf of the client.
- Embrace continuous learning and personal growth within the client's dynamic and multicultural work environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in waterborne paints/coatings formulation and testing methodologies, ideally with a focus on non-standard problems and new topics, is desirable.
- A keen eye for detail and a critical approach to experimental design and results analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A passion for new technologies and research, with keen observational skills for changes and developments during experiments.
