- Show leadership and support to the QHSE department and build a strong team with good work/life balance (making decisions);
- Achieve good results on targets and KPI's for quality, food safety, HSE and sanitation (making decisions), using QCDM and LEAN tools;
- Maintain within budget, OTIF delivery on QHSE CAPEX and deliver productivity; (making decisions);
- Ensure QHSE management system is up to date and compliant with legislation and certification demands (making decisions);
- Ensure good results at external and internal audits and follow up of actions to improve. Create buy in of other departments and guard the process of continuous improvement (making decisions);
- Be a good partner to operations (provide consultation);
- Support and deliver good advice at incidents and projects (provide consultation);
- Be an excellent trainer and coach for the organization to improve QHSE awareness (provide consultation);
- Maintain good relationships with internal parties like Procurement, R&D, Customer Services and Quality and Safety Central (provide consultation);
- Maintain good relationships with external parties like the external sanitation company, Suppliers of materials and services and local authorities (making decisions);
- Setting and improving the standards for Sanitation within the plant (making decisions);
- Follow all applicable rules and procedures regarding safety (excecuting) Qualifications
- BSC preferably in food technology
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualification, preferably HVK
- At least 5 yrs experience in a leadership role in a Production Area, preferably in FMCG
- People management experience

OverviewMain Purpose
The overarching purpose of the role is making sure our consumers, people, temporary workers, contractors and the environment are kept safe. The FLM QHSE is part of the OMT Team of the site and is responsible for the Quality-Food Safety, Health & Safety and the Environmental compliance agenda of the plant and achieving the QHSE KPI set for the plant. The FLM QHSE is responsible for achieving high quality and food safe products compliant with legal demands of the Dutch authority and demands from certification bodies (AIB and FSSC Supportive to that, the FLM QHSE is responsible for setting and improving the Sanitation standards in the plant (excluding office cleaning), complying to PepsiCo, AIB and FSSC requirements. Next to that the FLM QHSE is responsible for achieving a strong safety culture in the site, making sure the site complies to all applicable HSE legislation and the PepsiCo GEHSMS standards. The FLM QHSE leads the QHSE team of several QHSE specialists. The FLM QHSE reports to the Manufacturing Plant Manager.
