    Service & Repair Engineer

    Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

    • Je draagt zorg voor de ontvangst van een service of repair item en voor de administratieve verwerking;
    • Je zorgt voor een analyse van een service of repair item, communiceert hierover waar nodig en bespreekt eventueel de resultaten met de klant;
    • Je bepaalt de kostprijzen van materialen, welke materialen er nodig zijn, routing-stappen en werkinstructies;
    • Je signaleert de verstoringen in het proces, initieert verbeteringen en draagt zelf zorg voor het opstarten van verbetertrajecten hiervoor;
    • Je draagt zorg voor de juistheid en actualiteit van de gegevens zoals voor Technische Product Documentatie (TPD) en product data management (item configuratie beheer) via Teamcenter.

    Functie eisen

    • Je hebt een afgeronde MBO of HBO opleiding, aangevuld met relevante en/of vakgerichte opleiding/cursus op het gebied van verspaning;
    • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring binnen een vergelijkbare technische functie en bij voorkeur ervaring in een (verspanende) productieomgeving;
    • Je bent communicatief sterk, je hebt een klantgerichte houding en beschikt over anticiperend vermogen;
    • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als in geschrift.
