- Identify the HR needs, focus on system development, system testing and implementation of major projects, such as salary increase calculation
- Identify and design HR module updates to improve the user's experience
- Act as a point of contact for HR system development related queries and support its development
- Point out automatization possibilities within the HR processes and lead its development
- Extensive experience on developing systems and process automation; experience with HR systems is preferred
- Out of the box thinker and a hands-on expert continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize use of HRIS platforms
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Experience with C#, SQL and Power BI are required
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
