What you need to know

IKEA is looking for talents who are at the beginning of their IKEA career and want to explore and develop their leadership within IKEA Food department.

This program is called BLOOM Omni internally.

The program offers a well-rounded career plan covering two positions (within an IKEA store and our service office) within a two-year period, which will allow you to gradually advance and develop.

You begin your journey as a Group or Team leaders in the unit. Bloom combines on-the-job training (70%), interaction with others (20%) and classroom training (10%).

You will have a career plan covering two positions in your country within a twoyear period, with global opportunities in future (one position on the store level and one in Service Office/HQ within chosen function).
You start a journey to grow into department you are passionate about with the great path and support on the way.
In the second year you would be assigned to global projects that focus on the real challenges we face in business today.
You will be expected to perform and deliver on your role, while you learn and develop from jobrelated experiences and interactions with others.
