Het totale HR team bestaat uit zo'n 40 collega's. Het recruitment team bestaat momenteel uit 6 recruitment collega's en 2 werkstudenten.Als Recruitment Team zijn we een belangrijke schakel in de groei van Teijin Aramid en in de war for talent. Als coördinator van de inhuurdesk heb je een belangrijke positie en ben je o.a. verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden en bewaken van het inhuurproces van tijdelijke professionals, van de capaciteitsvraag tot aan de inleen opdracht.
Als team zitten we in een bouwende fase, dit vraagt om een expert die richting geeft in de organisatie, die tegen een stootje kan en proactief te werk gaat.
Je vormt een virtuele inhuurdesk en werkt hierin nauw samen met Inkoop en HR, jij leidt deze overleggen en stuurt op het dashboard. Verder past remote werken ook bij ons bedrijf.
Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de interne stakeholder(s) rondom het thema externe inhuur en je begeleidt hem/haar in het inhuurproces;
Je begeleidt en bewaakt het proces van inhuur van tijdelijke professionals van de capaciteitsvraag tot aan de inleen van de opdracht;
Het adviseren van de organisatie m.b.t. inhuur van extern personeel met de hierbij komende wetgeving en intern beleid;
Je levert een actieve bijdrage vanuit jouw expertise op o.a. het gebied van contracten met de diverse leveranciers, tarieftabellen en inhuurclassificatie.
Voor de functie van Coördinator inhuurdesk heb je minimaal een afgeronde hbo opleiding. Deze functie in ingeschaald in onze eigen CAO schaal 10 (€4300 tot € 6500 bruto per maand), je salaris wordt gebaseerd op je ervaring en opleiding;
