As an Account Manager you are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
This involves understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring that the company meets or exceeds client expectations.
You will also be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts. In addition, you will be involved in pitching products or services to potential customers and negotiating contracts. Developing account plans to outline strategies for growing revenue, expanding the client base, and increasing profitability is a crucial aspect of an account manager's role.
