Junior Accounts Receivable Associate (Spanish speaking)
We are looking for a proactive
Junior Accounts Receivable Associate
(Spanish speaking) to take ownership of our collections strategy and portfolio management. In this pivotal role, you won't just track payments—you will optimize our cash inflow, resolve intricate billing hurdles, and serve as a key partner in maintaining our financial integrity.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management:
Proactively drive the end-to-end collection process for a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts to ensure healthy cash flow. - Strategic Dispute Resolution:
Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies swiftly. - Reporting & Analysis:
Deliver high-quality AR aging reports and perform meticulous balance sheet reconciliations to provide clear financial insights. - Compliance & Audit:
Lead the way in internal and external audit preparation, ensuring our processes remain robust and compliant with global standards.
What You Bring to the Team
- The Foundation:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - The Language:
Fluent in both Spanish and English - The Experience:
3+ years of hands-on AR experience plus good knowledge of general ledger accounting, ideally within a multinational environment or Shared Service Center (SSC). - The Tech Stack:
High proficiency in
SAP
(or similar ERP systems) and advanced skills in
Microsoft Excel
. - The Soft Skills:
A talent for negotiation and clear communication, paired with a problem-solving mindset that turns obstacles into resolutions.
