Job Description:
As a Financial Administrator you're accountable for performing a variety of routine and some non-routine administrative/ accounting functions. This in accordance with the established standard procedures in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, collection, master data management, payroll, and other related financial areas. All to ensure adequate and reliable accounting of finance related transactions.
You take care of the administration(s) of the Nutreco companies affiliated with the FSSC and are the direct point of contact for Controllers for daily issues. Als you are responsible for up-to-date administration and legally required returns such as VAT/CIT and CBS. Monthly reporting of the figure's using OneStream is part of the work.
The team includes 5 team members, variating in role and are led by the Manager General Ledger FSSC. There is a lot of knowledge within the team, good atmosphere and they work mostly in the office in Boxmeer.

Qualifications:
• HBO-BE or SPD level, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience
• Analytical/problem-solving skills
• Affinity with accounting
• Affinity with automation (especially ERP systems)

• Flexible (not a 9 to 5 type)

Functieomschrijving:
Als Financieel Administrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van een verscheidenheid aan routinematige en soms niet-routinematige administratieve/boekhoudkundige functies. Dit gebeurt in overeenstemming met de vastgestelde standaardprocedures op het gebied van algemene boekhouding, crediteuren, debiteuren, creditmanagement, beheer van mastergegevens, salarisadministratie en andere gerelateerde financiële gebieden. Dit alles om een adequate en betrouwbare boekhouding van financiële transacties te waarborgen.
Je verzorgt de administratie(s) van de Nutreco-bedrijven die zijn aangesloten bij de FSSC en bent het directe aanspreekpunt voor controllers voor dagelijkse problemen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor actuele administratie en wettelijk vereiste aangiften zoals BTW/Vpb en CBS. Maandelijkse rapportage van de cijfers met behulp van OneStream maakt deel uit van het werk.
Het team bestaat uit 5 teamleden, met variërende rollen, en staat onder leiding van de Manager General Ledger FSSC. Er is veel kennis binnen het team, een goede sfeer en ze werken voornamelijk op kantoor in Boxmeer.
