    YOUR TASKS

    • Ensuring that services are executed in such a way that they can be realized efficiently and at the required qualitative and quantitative level;
    • Capacity planning (staff, materials) in the short- and medium-term building strategy for long-term staff development;
    • Implementation of change and improvement processes across the entire operation;
    • Ensuring collaboration between all parties in the entire order-to-cash process and avoid silo-thinking;
    • Total Cost ownership for Warehouse and Operations;
    • Leading, developing and delivering performance improvement plans ensuring the achievement of budgets and overall company performance targets.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Bachelor or Master degree (in for example: Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering)
    • 5-7 years' experience in an operations environment;
    • Analytical and strategic thinking with good business acumen and the ability to think from the 'customers' perspective;
    • Extensive demonstrable experience in a contract logistics environment;
    • Strong financial knowledge covering budget forecasting.

    • A salary between €4.000,- and €6.543,-. We top it off with a fully paid retirement plan, discounted gym membership;
