    Wat ga je doen?

    Stel je eens voor ... ruim 7. chatbot-gesprekken per maand die dankzij jou en je collega's soepel verlopen. Jij bent dé schakel die actuele en relevante informatie toegankelijk maakt via onze chatbot. Dat doe je voor de klantcontactcentra Schade en Zorg van NN. Doordat klanten snel en gemakkelijk het gewenste antwoord via de chatbot krijgen, hoeven ze niet meer te bellen met de klantenservice. Heb je al ervaring met conversation design? Dan integreer je de content rechtstreeks in de chatbot. Heb je hiermee nog geen ervaring? Dan werk je nauw samen met de conversation designer die voor jou de informatie implementeert. Je leert door te doen, dus wie weet pak je dit over een tijd wel zelf op

    Dit zijn je belangrijkste werkzaamheden:

  • Overleg met klantcontactafdelingen. Je haalt proactief informatie op bij de klantcontactafdelingen Schade en Zorg. Waar stellen klanten telefonisch bijvoorbeeld de meeste vragen over? Jij bent op de hoogte van wat er speelt en integreert de prioriteiten van de teams in de chat
  • Kwartaalplanning maken. Je bundelt de input en bepaalt samen met de productowner welke content deze periode de prioriteit krijgt
  • Contentcreatie. Je ontwerpt logische en effectieve conversatiestructuren en schrijft dialogen. Hier komt jouw creativiteit goed van pas. Want hoe interpreteert een klant bepaalde informatie, en hoe logisch is de conversatieflow? De ene keer verwijs je een klant door naar de polisvoorwaarden, de andere keer help je de klant bij online schade melden
  • Klantfeedback analyseren. Met analyse-tools evalueer je feedback van klanten. Welke rating geven klanten een chatgesprek? Waar vragen ze precies naar? En wanneer bellen klanten alsnog voor hulp? Je verdiept je in deze data om de content van de chatbot te optimaliseren

    Wat je meebrengt

    Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en neemt graag initiatief. Zo onderhoud je korte lijntjes met de klantcontactafdelingen en vraag je actief informatie uit. Met je analytische blik en creatieve schrijfstijl breng je dialogen tot leven. Je kunt goed prioriteren, durft kritisch te zijn op welke content relevant is en kunt snel schakelen. Ook kun je goed organiseren. Zo plan je structureel overleggen in om informatie op te halen en documenteer je informatie nauwkeurig. Verder:

  • Heb je hbo- of wo-denkniveau of ervaring in een relevant vakgebied, zoals creative business of communicatie
  • Heb je ervaring als conversation designer óf ervaring als contentspecialist en de drive om je te verdiepen in conversation design

    • Je zal samenwerken met

    Samen met de managers van de klantcontactafdelingen bespreek je welke doelen er zijn en hoe je die gaat bereiken. Functioneel werk je vanuit het chatbotteam, zodat je aanpassingen direct in de chatbot kunt plaatsen. Het chatbotteam bestaat uit zo'n 10 collega's: contentspecialisten, conversation designers en AI-trainers. Stuk voor stuk gedreven om samen de chatbot continu te verbeteren. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met enkele collega's van de klantcontactafdelingen. Ook daar is de sfeer gedreven, fijn en open. Ons doel? Samen klanten zo goed mogelijk helpen. En daarin speel jij een belangrijke rol.
