- Working with treasury processes across different Businesses within total IKEA value chain (this area covers among other processes related to supply, range management, IKEA concept and expansion)
- Be end-to-end accountable for all aspects of the assigned business solutions (e.g. FIS Quantum), including budget and financial frames.
- Be responsible for the user satisfaction rate of the assigned business solutions and for ensuring that users have the needed competence.
- Be responsible for solution management, tactical plans and operational schedules including incident reporting, change request management and business support of the assigned business solutions.
- Ensure that the business solution contributes to the business capability and is aligned with the business processes.
- Be accountable to develop, prioritise and implement business solutions and their roadmaps together with the sponsor and business stakeholders
- Be responsible to secure business solution service level delivery.
- Ensure business solution compliance to regulation and standards as well as identified best practices.
- You are curious to explore, eager to learn and energised by sharing. Your drive is to continuously improve the ways of working connected to the developments of our digital solutions. You also have a long-term vision in mind with any actions that you undertake, for example you see that workarounds are just a short-term fix.

- Extensive experience with FIS Quantum or other treasury Management Solutions
- Strong knowledge of Intermediate Treasury, Cash Management and Corporate Finance
- Strong knowledge of Cash Management Processes (From basics to more advanced topics such as Payment Factory, In-House Bank, Supply Chain Finance, etc.)
- Knowledge of end-to-end business solution management processes.
- Experience in driving digital change in a constantly changing environment.
- Experience with capturing and prioritising needs to build roadmaps and plans.
- Knowledge of the business we support relevant business processes, capabilities and strategies and an in-depth understanding how these can be enabled by technology.
- In-depth knowledge of digital technology, digital infrastructure, IT services and digital steering frameworks.
- Strong application operation and support experience.
- Experience in full cycle implementation and maintenance of treasury solutions primarily FIS Quantum
