- het verzorgen van diverse facilitaire operationele taken met betrekking tot het beheer en onderhoud van de gebouwen;
- diverse overige taken zoals het bestellen van bedrijfskleding, mobiele telefonie, kantoormeubilair;
- verwerken van diverse storingen en aanvragen in ons FMIS systeem TopDesk;
- werkzaamheden m.b.t. wagenpark;
- bijhouden van de takenlijst voor de Handyman;
- uitvoering geven aan BHV-controletaken (noodverlichting, brandmelders, blusmiddelen, etc.);
- organiseren en coördineren interne verhuizingen;
- back-up functie voor de telefoniste / receptioniste.
- een afgeronde Mbo-opleiding op het gebied van Facility Management;
- actueel BHV-diploma is een pré;
- circa 1- 2 jaar relevante werkervaring;
- een representatieve uitstraling;
- een proactieve werkhouding en je denkt in oplossingen;
- goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift;
- je legt makkelijk contact zowel intern als extern;
- natuurlijk ben je een leuke collega, heb je durf & flair en kun je goed omgaan met veranderingen.
- Een tijdelijke positie ter vervanging van zwangerschapsverlof, met een geschatte duur van 8 maanden.
