- Account Payable and accounts receivable management (billing and collection process).
- Fixed assets management & reporting and Account reconciliation.
- Support and assist in the month-end close process. Complete analysis, prepare journal entries, and analyze information for accuracy and completeness Input into the system.
- Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions and other related areas.
- Assist departments in the formulation of their budgets. Review actual departmental expenses versus budget. Issue monthly variance statements.
- Prepare and analyze month-end and variance reports. Ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis of financial data.
- Bachelor's degree preferable in Finance, Accounting or related field. Alternatively, an equivalent level of education plus 2-5 years of relevant experience is required.
- Accounting experience or certification is a plus.
- Experience with "Exact Online" and/or other accounting package is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent computer skills (we use Excel & Google Suite).
- The ability to communicate in English is also required.
